Last night, I got to go with my fine friend Danielle to see Sex & the City. Have you seen it? It was good, it was what it was. It was an extended version of the show in all it’s drama. I went in with NO expectations, that way when I knew they weren’t going to be met, I wouldn’t be disappointed. So, it was a fun movie to watch, and I’m glad I got to see it before DVD. Really, who doesn’t like just getting out of the house and being freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

Let’s see, what else? Oh it’s a big weekend here at Chez Knitpho! It’s the last Friday of the school year. WOOOOOT! Tomorrow, is the last soccer game! Sunday is Fathers Day. Busy busy, as usual. I look forward to the lazy days of summer, Wednesday can’t come soon enough!

With that said, I’d like to wish a Happy Fathers Day to all the cool dads out there who do what you do. I ofcourse have two in particular that I am quite fond of. Ofcourse my dear husband who gets up at the crack of dawn to catch the train (queue music: My baby take the mornin’ train …) who works long hours to make a wonderful life for his 3 M’s at home. Who had a spectacular year and has accomplished so much. Who is so tired at the end of the day, but makes time to hear about the kids and all their goings on and to maybe even play a mean game of Memory with the little lady.

And ofcourse, to my daddy. I am the epitomy of Daddy’s little girl. Look it up on wikipedia, there is a picture of me and my dad!

For realz! He’s given me a lifetime of knowledge. From baiting a hook, to driving a stick shift, skiing, riding a bike, even a motorcycle and even giving me a gas credit card when I was in highschool!

So to all the super dads like the ones in my life. I hope you have a wonderful day. You rock.
