2 YEARS!
Do you know what today is? Today is my 2 year anniversary for this little blog O mine. Just want to say.. hey thanks! for coming back again and again to read my ramblings, the occasional knitting adventures and the cocomany stories that make up my day to day life. I started my blog for no other reason than it was something to do. I was a mom of a 1year old at the time, a fairly new knitter and needed some form of outlet. I had NO idea what I was doing, I had NO idea who was going even read the thing.. but it turned out to be sort of a life force. As a stay at home mom, some times you don’t always find the outlet you need. You feel trapped inside your four walls and some days they close in on you. I admit this has happened to me on more than one occasion. I found this blogging community amazing, I have made friends that I feel that when I meet them in person it will solidify another reason for having this blog. Not only have I developed a relationship with other bloggers, but I have met my knitting peeps and hooray for all them.. they rock my world weekly (or when I can go!) to the core with HYSTERICAL laughter and even knitting knowledge!!
So.. enough of that. I am going to have a CONTEST and it’s an easy one. No quizzes this time! Here’s the deal….

I am getting ready to knit my first sweater. It is indeed the CPH. I just can’t decide (yet) which color to choose. I love all of them! Put your vote in, leave a comment of course with all your info and if you & I pick the same color and then I chose your name from the 100’s that comment (haha) .. you win! Prize? I’m thinking something Starbucks. Of course, anyone can enter..you don’t have to be a knitter or a blogger. Even my mom can play, but can you believe? She doesn’t like Starbucks. I know.. I almost shunned her for that. Tsk Tsk Mother! Tsk Tsk!

I think the red wine heather would look GORGEOUS on you! Plus, I think that color is something you can wear year-round without looking too bland (ie - neutral colors).

I just finished my CPH a few months ago and I have to admit to rather wishing it was red (even though I love it as it is in brown)…I vote RED! (Especially since that particular red is such a gorgeous color.)

I’m so glad you have a blog too! You are my only friend in New England! To celebrate your Blogiversary, at 5:00 I will have a cocktail. At 5:00 you have a cocktail and we will toast the day together.
I pick the ORANGE—er, the California Poppy. For some reason I think that suits YOU.
P.S. If your Mom doesn’t like Starbucks, are you starting to think that maybe you’re adopted?!?!?!?!

If it were me I’d go for the green. Can’t help it…I’m a blue/ green sort of person. I’m sure what ever color you choose will be beautiful

I’m going out on a limb and going with the Lime Heather….just seems like you…bright and a stand out in any crowd….I’ve been away so, I’m still catching up…I LOVED making the CPH it was my first sweater in 15 years and an easy knit…my future daughter-in-law loves it!
