H is for Husband
Sandy (aka Mr Knitpho) has always been a runner. It has always been a huge passion of his. But, life got in the way and he had slowed down some. Well, this was his year.!!
He ran a fantastic marathon yesterday. A time of 4:30:41.. averaging a 10:19 mile. AMAZING.
He is not only my husband, he is my inspiration. If he can do this, I can do anything.

He is so awesome! Aren’t you so in love right now? I was totally impressed that you guys saw Lance Armstrong but the whole MARATHON thing was equally cool. To top off the day yesterday, I sat in front of your Mother-in-law on the train on the way home from work. Weird. I think it’s a sign that we should get together.

Hello Everyone, thanks for the wonderful words of encouragement and also congratulations. It was truly the most rewarding running experience of my life. The crowd, the runners, my company, the family supporting me (9 people waiting at the finish line), friends (a bunch on the course and at the finish) and the VIP treatment I got was extremely life changing. I can’t wait to do my next marathon. Yikes, I just said that. check out (www.trifatlete.com) in the next few days as I’m attempting to write down my whole experience.
